TANKS
All tanks are made of aluminium alloy and are an integral part of the structure.
Tanks are provided of valves, piping, discharges, transfers, vents and gauges and they are accessible for cleaning and maintenance operations through watertight hatches.

FUEL SYSTEM
The fuel is contained in n°2 tanks in the engine room, and other tanks placed under the accommodation gratings starting from the centre area and totaling about 16000 Lt. The engine driven fuel feed pumps of the M. E. and gen-sets pick up the fuel from the daily tanks via quick release shut-off valves and SEPAR filters. The tanks are equipped with remote reading levels placed in a panel in the wheelhouse. The transfer from the holding tanks to the daily tanks is performed by means of one MTU pump and one Excelsior 2 hand pump. The fuel is embarked by gravity via a proper pipe on the weather deck. The holding tanks air vents are conveyed to the port daily tank, which acts as over flow and the relevant manifold is fitted with a fuel passage optical indicator.

COLD/WARM FRESH WATER
Two Gianneschi Jet5188 electronically controlled hydrophore feeds with warm and cold water all the users, that is n°9 bathrooms (shower and wash basin), the sink and the dish washing machine in the galley, the external shower on the Swimming platform. The warm water is supplied by 3 x 80 Lt. 220 V electrical boilers fitted in the engine room. The hydrophore and the boilers are fitted in the engine room. N°2 Tecnicomar MD SL 2000 watermaker reverse osmosis type is connected to the forward fresh water tank; the watermaker has a dedicated sea chest.

GREY AND SEWAGE WATER SYSTEM
The sewage and grey water discharge Holding tanks, total capacity about 730 It., fitted under the floor of the accommodation and the engine room gratings; one Gianneschi MVI60 pump is connected to the said tank and can discharge either over board or on shore based collecting tanks via a dedicated piping fitted with international connection flange. One high level Alarm switch is provided in the tank. The grey water from the showers and wash basins are conveyed to holding tanks, placed under the gratings in the accommodation area; each individual tank is equipped with one automatic pump, capable to discharge outboard. One pump feeds the WC washing system. Low foam production will be used for washing machines.
