A wonderful example of the ever-popular and undisputed design classic Princess 42 which are known for their solid construction and reliability. The Princess 42 was the benchmark family motor yacht in her size range for many years before the revision and re-styling to the Princess 43.

Launched in 2009 to a 2009 Model year this particular example is a one-owner yacht that has only ever been used privately. Maintained to perfection by her experienced and pedantic owner, she is in excellent overall condition with just under 400 engine hours. She also spends only about 6 months per year in the water as every winter she is winterized and dry-stored in a closed warehouse.

'Fringuello' is fitted with light Oak interior wood, cream leather upholstery and cream Berber carpets which is all in very good ‘as-new’ condition. The sleeping cabins and heads compartments are very fresh as the owner has very rarely slept on-board. The interior is contemporary yet warm and the quality of finish is of the highest level.

She is equipped with a hydraulic passerelle enabling her to potentially carry a tender or a jet ski, a Flybridge Bimini, Generator, Cruisair Marine Air Conditioning and Satellite TV.  'Fringuello' is also fitted with the powerful Volvo D6-435 engines, which are reliable and economical to run and maintain.

Sensibly priced, this Princess 42 offers excellent value given her top condition, comprehensive specification, low engine hous and crystal-clear maintenance history.

- Even at short notice viewings are available 7-days a week.

An undisputed design classic, the Princess 42 remains the benchmark motor yacht in her size range. Ideal for family cruising, yet with the space and style for elegant entertaining, the 42 is beautifully constructed and immaculately finished.

Safety is vital in a family yacht, and the 42 delivers without compromising her graceful profile. Well proportioned, safe steps link the flybridge, with its flexible U-shaped seating and large sunbed, to the spacious teak-laid cockpit. Impressively wide side decks, with thoughtfully positioned handrails, encourage use of the large foredeck and inspire confidence when moving about on deck.

The lower helm provides exceptional visibility, and the ergonomic layout and advanced instrumentation ensure precise and comfortable handling. Triple sliding glass doors between saloon and cockpit ensure an airy feel to the interior, accentuated by the large side windows. Practical and stylish design, using light, sensuous fabrics and a lustrous wood finish, further enhances the appeal. A few steps down, the open galley design helps create a pleasing sense of space without compromising on equipment, with a triple gas hob, large fridge-freezer and combination microwave oven, as well as generous storage space.

Below deck, the accommodation again exceeds expectations. Both the tasteful master cabin, with a large hanging wardrobe and bespoke dressing table, and the twin guest cabin have en-suites with generous showers. The saloon sofa can also be converted into an additional bed for occasional guests.

With a large lazarette and storage below the cockpit seat, as well as an easily accessed engine room, the 42 is as practical as she is seductive, capturing the essence of Princess in a timeless and elegant design.
